about the role.

You’ll be joining a 5-person, immensely talented team of proven entrepreneurs, working directly alongside founders to define and understand the roadmap, and build the AI system, data infrastructure, and intelligence that drives both the user experience and the final output. You’ll make key technology decisions, rolling up your sleeves to code and implement them, building the AI/ML that makes sense of our data, generating useful data and insights.

We need a technology partner who has been there before. You’ve built from the ground up, and shipped beautiful, impactful products.

core requirements.

  • A strong academic background, 8+ years of experience building scalable data products and pipelines, with at least 3+ years in AI and ML.
  • Expert knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs, and NLP/NLU, with hands-on experience building and working with models, tagging, and content coding.
  • Expert knowledge of best-in-class platforms and languages for building AI and data systems for consumer and enterprise products – Snowflake, AWS, BigQuery, Python/Go, etc.
  • Experience building, shipping, and scaling complex products, and their supporting APIs, from the ground up.

We are NYC-based, currently operating remote. We have a strong preference for candidates in or near NYC, with the ability to meet in person periodically. Remote candidates will be considered, but the ability to operate in ET and collaborate in real time is a must.
