about the role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to help streamline sales processes, lead seamless client onboarding, and bring a creative edge to data-driven insights and long-term partnerships. This role combines organization, active listening, and relationship management, making it ideal for someone equally passionate about consumers and brands. Success in this role requires excelling in collaboration, mastering project management, and leveraging keen listening skills to uncover opportunities to grow accounts and drive meaningful impact.

core requirements

  • 5+ years in sales operations, account management, or project management, preferably in media, SaaS, or marketing.
  • Proven experience managing client onboarding and driving seamless implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • A consumer-obsessed mindset, with a passion for creating a mutual value for clients and Generation Next.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, building strong relationships across teams to ensure aligned goals and shared success.

pay range

USD $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 /Yr.

We are NYC-based, currently operating remote. We have a strong preference for candidates in or near NYC, with the ability to meet in person periodically. Remote candidates will be considered, but the ability to operate in ET and collaborate in real time is a must.
