about the role

You'll be joining a venture-backed, high-energy, entrepreneurial team that is deeply focused on understanding user behavior and extracting actionable insights from our platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to analyze complex datasets across our data pipeline, ensuring we capture and interpret the right metrics as we scale. With your expertise in SQL and analytics across platforms like BigQuery and ClickHouse, you'll play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic insights. Your analysis will directly shape product decisions and help our brand partners understand Generation Teen.

We need someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of startups, someone who can juggle multiple analyses and take initiative in uncovering the insights that power our vision.

core requirements

  • 2+ years of data analytics experience in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying datasets in BigQuery/ClickHouse
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Understanding of ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with user behavior analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

pay range

USD $85,000 - $130,000 /Yr.

We are NYC-based, currently operating remote. We have a strong preference for candidates in or near NYC, with the ability to meet in person periodically. Remote candidates will be considered, but the ability to operate in ET and collaborate in real time is a must.
